1No Purchase Necessary

Registration is free. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and the qualifying quote process does not require purchasing insurance. Purchasing, issuing, continuing, or renewing an insurance policy awards zero additional entries and does not improve a participant's odds of winning beyond valid entries actually earned under these Official Rules.

2Sponsor

The sponsor is Villalón Insurance Agency. Texas Giveaway Club is the giveaway and marketing brand.

3Eligibility

The working eligibility requirements for the Home Safety Giveaway are:

• Entrants must be legal residents of Texas.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 are not eligible to enter.
• Employees of Villalón Insurance Agency are not eligible.
• Immediate family members and household members of Villalón Insurance Agency employees are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

These working eligibility requirements remain subject to final legal and compliance review before launch.

4Promotion Period

The promotion begins and ends at the times below. Online registrations and other online entry activity must occur during the applicable Promotion Period. A valid Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry may be physically received after the Promotion Period ends if it was timely postmarked during the Promotion Period and is received by the applicable Mail-In Receipt Deadline described in Section 8.

The configured approximate retail value is $275.00.

The prize is not redeemable for cash except if Sponsor elects to provide a cash substitute where permitted. If an advertised prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.

If a particular alarm or other product becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater approximate value. Sponsor intends to preserve the $150 Home Depot gift card component when reasonably available.

After winner eligibility has been verified, Sponsor will arrange reasonable pickup or delivery of the Home Safety prize with the verified winner.

A prize will be delivered or made available only after winner eligibility has been verified. The winner must provide information reasonably necessary to receive the prize. The winner is responsible for expenses not expressly included in the applicable prize description.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting or using the prize. Sponsor will comply with any tax-reporting obligations required by applicable law.

Final product specifications, approximate-retail-value language, and other unresolved prize terms remain subject to review.

6How to Enter

An eligible person may submit the free giveaway registration form during the promotion period. A successfully recorded registration receives 25 entries. Limit one registration per person, per giveaway campaign. A duplicate registration does not award another 25 registration entries. Viewing or revisiting the confirmation page does not create another entry. The application's entry ledger is the authoritative record of valid entries.

7Additional Entries for a Completed Qualifying Quote

An entrant may receive one block of 25 additional entries after completing the qualifying home and auto insurance quote requirement. An entrant completes the qualifying quote requirement when the entrant provides the information reasonably requested by Villalón Insurance Agency for a bona fide home and auto insurance quote and reasonably cooperates with the quoting process. If the agency or an available insurance carrier is unable to provide or complete a quote for reasons outside the entrant's control, the entrant may still satisfy the requirement after providing the reasonably requested information and completing the available quoting process. No purchase, policy issuance, payment, continuation, or renewal is required. Submitting the online quote-request form alone does not constitute completion.

The completed qualifying quote and the Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry in Section 8 are alternative ways to earn the same second block of 25 entries; they cannot be stacked. Limit one such additional-entry block per person, per giveaway campaign. A second or subsequent qualifying quote completion awards no additional entries, and a person who has already earned this block through the mail-in method cannot earn it again through a qualifying quote. Based on the currently configured methods, the maximum is 50 entries per person, per campaign. Purchasing, issuing, paying for, continuing, or renewing an insurance policy awards zero additional entries and does not improve the odds of winning.

8Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (No Insurance Quote Required)

As an alternative to completing a qualifying insurance quote, an eligible entrant may earn the same block of 25 additional entries by sending Sponsor a handwritten request containing the person's full legal name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and the name of the applicable Texas Giveaway Club giveaway.

Mail the handwritten request to:

The request must identify the applicable giveaway, must be postmarked during that giveaway's applicable Promotion Period stated in Section 4—not before the Promotion Period begins and not after it ends—and must be received by Sponsor no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after that Promotion Period ends. No insurance quote, purchase, or payment is required to use this method. A valid mail-in request earns 25 additional entries as the alternative second entry block; it does not provide entries beyond the 50-entry maximum.

A person who has already earned the additional 25 entries through a qualifying quote cannot receive another block through a mail-in request, and a person who earns the block through a valid mail-in request cannot receive another block through a qualifying quote. The maximum remains 50 entries per eligible person, per campaign. Mail-in participation does not constitute consent to promotional SMS messages or other optional marketing communications.

This working Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry remains subject to final legal and compliance review before launch.

9Entry Limits

Limit one registration per person, per giveaway campaign, and one additional-entry block per person, per giveaway campaign, earned through either one qualifying quote completion or one valid mail-in request. Duplicate registrations do not award additional registration entries; second or subsequent qualifying quote completions do not award additional entries; and multiple mail-in requests do not award additional entry blocks. Based on the currently configured methods, a person may receive no more than 50 entries per campaign.

Automated, robotic, fraudulent, duplicate, or multiple-identity entry attempts may be rejected or disqualified. Attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries through multiple email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, registrations, mail-in requests, or similar methods do not increase the permitted entry maximum and may result in disqualification.

There is no household-level entry limit. Different eligible adults in the same household may separately participate, subject to the individual eligibility requirements and per-person limits in these Rules.

10Drawing

The random drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the applicable Mail-In Receipt Deadline, which is fourteen (14) calendar days after the applicable Promotion Period ends. After that receipt deadline, an authorized Owner/Admin must explicitly initiate the random winner selection from eligible entries recorded in the authoritative entry ledger. Entries are weighted according to valid entry totals. The system records an audited drawing record, and the selected entrant remains subject to eligibility verification. A drawing is never run automatically.

11Winner Notification and Verification

A selected entrant is a potential winner until eligibility and compliance with these Rules are verified. Sponsor may contact the potential winner by phone and/or email using the information supplied with the entry. The potential winner has five (5) calendar days following Sponsor's first notification attempt to respond. Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize. A prize will not be confirmed until verification is complete. Sponsor may document winner verification, prize acceptance, and prize receipt or fulfillment as part of the giveaway administration record.

12Disqualification and Secure Redraw

If the potential winner fails to respond within five (5) calendar days following Sponsor's first notification attempt, cannot be verified, declines the prize, is determined ineligible, has invalid entry information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant for a documented reason and use the secure redraw process to select another potential winner. Any replacement selection remains part of the drawing audit history and is subject to the same notification and verification requirements.

13Winner List

After winner verification, a person may request information identifying the confirmed winner, subject to applicable law, by contacting Villalón Insurance Agency at villaloninsurance@gmail.com, 210-200-0861, or 11103 San Pedro Ave., Suite 135, San Antonio, TX 78216.

14Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries recorded for the campaign.

15General Conditions

Automated entries, tampering, fraud, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the operation or integrity of the promotion may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law and the final rules. If a material technical failure, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, corrupted entry data, or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, integrity, or fairness of the promotion, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law. Any correction or operational response must be documented and administered consistently; this provision does not grant Sponsor unlimited discretion to disregard valid entries or change the promotion arbitrarily.

16Privacy

Information submitted through Texas Giveaway Club may be used to administer the applicable giveaway; record and maintain valid entries; verify entrant and potential-winner eligibility; contact entrants and potential winners concerning the giveaway; process and communicate about an insurance quote and related insurance inquiry when requested; detect or prevent duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated entries; and maintain records reasonably necessary for giveaway administration, compliance, and auditing.

Giveaway participation, requested insurance-quote activity, mail-in participation, and optional promotional SMS consent are separate. Promotional SMS marketing consent is not required to enter online or by mail, request or complete a qualifying quote, earn registration or additional entries, purchase insurance, or receive a prize. Promotional SMS messages may be sent only when a person separately provides affirmative consent through the applicable consent control. Submitting a giveaway registration, requesting a quote, or sending a mail-in request does not by itself provide promotional SMS consent.

17Insurance Disclosure

No purchase of insurance is required to enter or win or to complete the qualifying quote process. Receiving an insurance quote does not obligate an entrant to purchase, continue, or renew an insurance policy. Purchasing, issuing, continuing, or renewing a policy awards zero additional entries and does not improve the odds of winning. Insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and pricing are separate from the giveaway and are determined through the applicable insurance process.

18Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media or advertising platform on which it may be promoted. Any questions, comments, or claims regarding the promotion should be directed to Sponsor and not to those platforms.

19Governing Law and Venue

The giveaway and these Official Rules are intended to be governed by applicable Texas law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bexar County, Texas, is the working venue for disputes concerning the giveaway or these Official Rules.
