1Information We Collect

Information may include details a person voluntarily submits or that are maintained through giveaway registration, an optional insurance quote request, Mail-In AMOE administration, campaign and entry administration, winner administration, or optional SMS consent, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Mailing or property address
• Best contact time
• Home or property information
• Vehicle information
• Current insurance status
• Giveaway entry information
• Quote-request information
• Mail-In AMOE administration records
• Campaign and entry records
• Winner verification and prize-fulfillment records
• Optional SMS marketing consent records

2How Information Is Used

Information submitted through Texas Giveaway Club may be used to administer the applicable giveaway; record and maintain valid entries; verify entrant and potential-winner eligibility; contact entrants and potential winners concerning the giveaway; process an insurance quote when the entrant requests one; detect or prevent duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated entries; and maintain records reasonably necessary for giveaway administration, compliance, and auditing.

Information supplied for a requested insurance quote may be used to process and communicate about that quote and the related insurance inquiry.

3Giveaway, Insurance Quote, Mail-In AMOE, Insurance Purchase, and Optional Promotional SMS Consent

Giveaway participation, requested insurance-quote activity, Mail-In AMOE participation, insurance purchase, and promotional SMS marketing consent are separate. Promotional SMS marketing consent is optional. It is not required to enter the giveaway; request or complete a qualifying quote; use the Mail-In AMOE; earn 25 registration entries or the 25-entry additional block; purchase insurance; or receive a prize.

Promotional SMS messages may be sent only when the person separately provides affirmative consent through the applicable consent control. Submitting the giveaway form, requesting an insurance quote, or using the Mail-In AMOE does not automatically constitute promotional SMS consent.

Requesting or receiving an insurance quote does not require or obligate the participant to purchase, continue, or renew insurance. Insurance rates, coverage, savings, and eligibility are not represented or guaranteed by this policy. Entry and additional-entry requirements are described in the applicable Official Rules.

4Entry Records

The application maintains records associated with giveaway entries and qualifying bonus-entry activity so entries can be administered and drawings can be conducted accurately.

5How Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with providers and parties assisting with website or database operations, giveaway administration, requested insurance quoting or services, insurance carriers and quoting systems, communications, professional legal or compliance services, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

This policy does not authorize selling entrant personal information or broad sharing for unrelated third-party marketing.

6Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used for security, administration, authentication, and site operation. The public entry process preserves campaign-attribution parameters supplied in the page URL, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term values, with the submitted entry. The application uses session cookies for authentication in protected internal staff areas.

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, session-replay tool, advertising tracker, or similar analytics or advertising system has been identified in the current application. This Privacy Policy may be updated if additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced.

7Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to operate the application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8Data Retention

Giveaway administration records may be retained for at least four (4) years after the applicable giveaway ends, and longer when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, tax, insurance, regulatory, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes. These working retention practices remain subject to final legal and compliance review.

9Children and Minimum Age

The working eligibility requirement for Texas Giveaway Club production giveaways is that entrants must be legal residents of Texas and 18 years of age or older. Persons under 18 are not eligible to enter. Related children's privacy language remains subject to final legal and compliance review before launch.

10Privacy Rights and Requests

Individuals may contact Villalón Insurance Agency to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

Some information may need to be retained despite a deletion request, including giveaway entry and drawing audit records, fraud-prevention records, and information required by law. Applicable rights and request procedures remain subject to final legal and compliance review.

11Winner Information

Information concerning a verified winner may need to be used or disclosed as necessary to administer the promotion, document prize fulfillment, or comply with applicable law. This policy does not promise public disclosure of a winner's full personal information.

12Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites. The privacy practices of those websites are governed by their own policies. Texas Giveaway Club and Villalón Insurance Agency do not control those third-party privacy policies.

13Changes to This Policy
